Effective from January 1, 2024, Elaine assumed the role of Chief Marketing Officer at East and Ocean Producers Group, a testament to her exceptional qualifications and achievements. With an extensive background in marketing and a remarkable track record of successfully leading multicultural marketing departments at renowned insurance carriers, Elaine is exceptionally well-suited for this pivotal position. Elaine co-founded Western US Life with Simon Liu and Christina Jin. This marked her entry into East and Ocean Producers Group, where she initially served as Executive Vice President. Prior to this, she played a pivotal role in building AIG Financial Network as Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Asian Markets at AIG. Her career includes leadership and influential collaborations with MetLife and New York Life's diverse and multicultural distribution teams, contributing to their remarkable growth in challenging yet lucrative markets.

Elaine earned her master's degree in Broadcasting, Telecommunication, and Mass Media from Temple University in 2005, and Applied Positive Psychology from University of Pennsylvania. Prior to entering the financial industry, she served as Marketing and Media Director at Ethnicom Group, a prominent East Coast-based multicultural promotion agency, where she developed and executed marketing strategies driving the expansion of major U.S. corporations into diverse markets. Elaine's prior experience includes serving as the personal director and translator to the former Premier of China, Li Peng, after graduating with honors from Southwest University, specializing in English and International Business Administration.
